Padres' Jon Jay: Out for Sunday's finale

Jay is out of the lineup for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Diamondbacks.

Analysis:

Jay will have sat out two of three games in the Padres' final series, playing just 90 games (possibly 91) in 2016 due to injury. Manuel Margot will replace him in center field, leading off for San Diego.
