Phillies' Jerad Eickhoff: Outing ends early due to rain

Eickhoff allowed just a solo home run in four innings Tuesday before a rain delay ended his night. He struck out five and did not walk a batter.

Analysis:

Eickhoff has allowed home runs in each of his last three starts, but most have been solo shots which have done minimal damage on his ERA. He is scheduled to pitch his final game of the season on Sunday.
