Even though he's retired from baseball, Alex Rodriguez's handshake game is still strong.

Along with the help of his 14-year-old daughter, Natasha Alexander, A-Rod showed off their secret handshake on Twitter. The 41-year-old baseball legend stepped away from the game on Aug. 12, and if the handshake routine is any indication, seems to be enjoying retirement.
