Analysis:

Gerardo Parra will take over in right field as Gonzalez sits against lefty Clayton Kershaw, marking Gonzalez's first absence in September. Gonzalez has more than held his own against lefties this season (.795 OPS) but he's just 7-for-36 (.194 average) in his career against Kershaw.
