Nationals' Daniel Murphy: Out for Friday's contest

Murphy (leg) remains out of the lineup Friday against the Pirates, Chase Hughes of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.

Analysis:

Murphy was able to pinch hit in two of the past four games, but it seems that the Nationals are still being cautious with the Adl-Star second baseman. It's unclear if his ailment has improved at all with the off day Thursday, but Stephen Drew will fill in for Murphy once again Friday.
