Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts announced Tuesday that Clayton Kershaw will get the ball in Game 1 of the National League Division Series, followed by Rich Hill in Game 2, Kenta Maeda in Game 3, and potentially Julio Urias in Game 4.

Kershaw will return to the postseason for the sixth time in his career, and for the fourth consecutive season. The scary part is Kershaw has never been a very prolific playoff pitcher, owning a career 4.59 ERA in 64 2/3 innings.

But after a 6.30 ERA in 2013 and 7.82 ERA in 2014, he appeared to turn a corner last year, starting two postseason games and owning a 2.63 ERA with 19 strikeouts.

This will be Hill's second stint in the playoffs, but the last time he made it was with the 2007 Chicago Cubs, and in his lone start, he was hammered for three runs, six hits, and two walks in just three innings of work.

Both Maeda and Urias will be making their first trips to the postseason. This year, Maeda is 16-9 with a 3.20 ERA in 169 innings pitched. Urias is 5-2 with a 3.53 ERa in 74 innings of work.
