Blue Jays' Jose Bautista: Drives dramatic homer in Wednesday's loss
Bautista went 1-for-5 with a game-tying solo shot in the ninth inning of Wednesday's extra-innings loss to Seattle.
Analysis:
The Jays were held scoreless for 8.1 innings before Bautista blasted his 19th long ball of the year. The veteran slugger has had a disappointing, injury-plagued year and has really struggled down the stretch. Bautista's .333 slugging percentage in September is his worst mark for any month with 25-plus at-bats this year. On the other hand, his .391 OBP in September is just two points shy of his season-best .393 mark from April.
