Big Papi's memorable final season has made him some fans in Las Vegas.
In its latest odds update for the tight AL MVP race, Bovada online sports book has listed David Ortiz as the 2-1 favorite to win the award for the first time in his legendary career.
Those odds are even lower than what's being given to his Boston Red Sox teammate Mookie Betts and Los Angeles Angels superstar Mike Trout, both widely regarded as the front-runners for the moment.
