Brewers' Ryan Braun: Sits out Tuesday

Braun is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Pirates.

Analysis:

This is the second game in a row that Braun will miss, although there have been no reports of an injury. That being said, the outfielder's wife is reportedly expecting the couple's second child this week, so that could be playing a part in his absence. No matter the case, Jake Elmore will fill in for Braun in left field for the evening.
