Nationals' Ryan Zimmerman: Absent from Tuesday's lineup

Zimmerman is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Marlins, Chelsea Janes of the Washington Post reports.

Analysis:

Despite a solid 2-for-4 showing in Monday's matchup, Zimmerman will head to the bench for his second night off in three days. Clint Robinson will fill in for him at first base for the time being.
