Tigers' Justin Upton: Returns to lineup Wednesday

Upton (calf) is back in the lineup Wednesday against the Twins.

Analysis:

Upton exited Monday's contest with a calf strain and missed Tuesday's tilt as a result, but the issue is apparently minor enough that he'll be able to slot back into the lineup after just one day off. The 29-year-old will draw the start in left field and bat sixth against Minnesota starter Tyler Duffey.
