Diamondbacks' Zack Greinke: Suffers sixth loss despite quality start

Greinke (12-6) allowed three runs on six hits and four walks with three strikeouts over six innings during Sunday's 5-3 loss to the Giants.

Analysis:

Greinke bounced back from one of his worst outings of the season to post a quality start, but still suffered the defeat as he was out-dueled by Matt Moore. The four walks were a season-high for Greinke, who needed 113 pitches to complete six innings. While his 4.54 ERA and 1.28 WHIP have been somewhat inflated by a handful of bad starts, the former Cy Young winner hasn't been able to replicate his previous levels of success in his first season with Arizona. He'll try to be more economical with his pitches when he squares off against the Dodgers at home on Friday,
