Nationals' Daniel Murphy: Held out of Monday's lineup

Murphy is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Royals, according to MASN's Dan Kolko.

Analysis:

Manager Dusty Baker decided to hold most of his veteran regulars out of Monday's lineup, and that includes Murphy, who will get his first day off since Aug. 19. Trea Turner will cover second base Monday in Murphy's place.
