Giants' Johnny Cueto: Fires seven strong innings in no decision Sunday

Cueto (14-5) allowed one run on five hits and one walk while striking out five over seven innings in a no-decision Sunday against the Cubs.

Analysis:

After posting a 4.38 ERA in August, which was his worst month of the season by a full run, Cueto has gotten September off to a nice start, lowering his ERA to 2.92 in the process. The veteran has posted an ERA below 3.00 in four of his last five seasons and appears to be on pace to make it five out of six.
