Orioles' Hyun Soo Kim: Gets another day off Sunday

Kim is out of the lineup Sunday against the Yankees.

Analysis:

Though a right-hander in Michael Pineda is on the mound for the Yankees, Kim will find himself on the bench for the second straight day as Orioles manager Buck Showalter rewards Steven Pearce will another start. It's still likely that Kim will see the bulk of the at-bats in left field against right-handers throughout September, but Pearce and Nolan Reimold will both see occasional action at the position as well.
