Orioles' Hyun Soo Kim: Sitting out Saturday

Kim is out of the lineup Saturday against the Yankees.

Analysis:

Kim continues to start almost exclusively against right-handed pitching, turning left field over to either Nolan Reimold (as is the case Saturday) or Steve Pearce when the Orioles face a southpaw. He got the nod last weekend against a lefty -- coincidentally the same one they're facing Saturday, CC Sabathia -- but Kim went 0-for-3 in the game and is now 0-for-18 against left-handed pitching on the season.
