Twins' Hector Santiago: Pitches well in no-decision
Santiago took a no-decision Monday despite shutting out the Indians for 6.1 innings. He allowed three hits, walked four and struck out two.
Analysis:
Santiago showed no lingering effects from the thumb injury that cost him his previous start, and he turned around a trend of being positively terrible since coming to Minnesota. Even with this outing, he's now allowed 24 runs through 25.1 innings as a Twin. Santiago will carry a 4.93 ERA into his next start Saturday against the White Sox.
