Marlins' Andrew Cashner: Slated to start Friday in Cleveland
Cashner (blister) is expected to make his next scheduled start Friday and could even be moved up in the rotation, MLB.com reports.
Analysis:
The hard-throwing right-hander was held out of of start on Sunday due to a blister issue, but apparently he's making solid progress. He's allowed just one earned run in two consecutive starts following a couple rocky outings, so the Marlins will surely welcome him back to the rotation with open arms.
