Twins' Buddy Boshers: Set to begin rehab assignment
Boshers (elbow) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Rochester on Monday, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Analysis:
Boshers landed on the disabled list earlier in August, but an MRI revealed no structural damage and it now appears he could be in line to return within short order. It's unclear how lengthy a rehab stint he'll require, but once activated, he'll provide a lower-leverage left-handed option out of the bullpen.
