Pirates' Ivan Nova: Expects to make next start

Nova (hamstring) believes he will make his next scheduled start, Stephen J. Nesbitt of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Analysis:

The hamstring reportedly tightened up in the fifth innings but he pitched through six in the contest. Nova allowed just one run over those frames and will look to make his next start Friday against the Brewers again. Look for another update confirming his status before then.
