Royals' Paulo Orlando: Out of lineup Thursday

Orlando is out of Thursday's lineup against the Marlins, Joel Goldberg of FOX Sports Kansas City reports.

Analysis:

Orlando struck out four time Wednesday and will get the day off Thursday with the Royals set to face the right-handed Tom Koehler. Jarrod Dyson will take over in center field and lead off in his place.
