Pirates' Jung Ho Kang: Still limited by shoulder

Kang (shoulder) won't pick up a bat until at least the end of the week, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Bill Brink reports.

Analysis:

He isn't eligible to come off the DL until early September and he may not be ready then unless he can start participating in more baseball activities in the near future. The Pirates will continue to use David Freese and Sean Rodriguez to man the hot corner in Kang's absence.
