Castro has been hitting for great power in August, as he now has six home runs this month and a sharp .581 slugging percentage through 20 games. With 17 home runs, Castro has now moved into 10th among qualified second basemen in the category. He has already broken his career high, previously 14, attained in both 2012 and 2014.
