Astros' Preston Tucker: Rehab assignment coming soon
Tucker (shoulder) is expected to begin his rehab assignment in the near future, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis:
The 26-year-old had failed to impress during the 2016 campaign, as he'd hit just .164/.222/.328 before being placed on the disabled list August 12 with a strained shoulder. Upon his activation from the DL, Tucker should return to his role as a backup outfielder and occasional designated hitter.
