August has easily been Werth's best month of the season so far as he's posted a .300/.379/.600 slash line in 50 at-bats with four homers, 10 RBI and 12 runs scored. He also extended his on-base streak to 46 games Thursday, tying the franchise record set by Rusty Staub back in 1970.
