Pirates' Jung Ho Kang: Out of Wednesday's lineup

Kang is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Giants.

Analysis:

After a rough first four months of the season, Kang's bat has come alive of late, hitting three home runs over his last four games. He is not locked into a true everyday role, as the Pirates are mixing and matching in the infield, but he should be in the lineup more often than not down the stretch, and could be on waivers in many formats due to his struggles earlier this season. David Freese will start at third base and hit fifth Wednesday.
