Blue Jays' Aaron Sanchez: Will stay in rotation

Sanchez is going to stay in the rotation for the time being, as the Blue Jays will move forward with a six-man rotation, Brendan Kennedy of the Toronto Star reports.

Analysis:

The club will evaluate Sanchez from start to start to determine if he is showing any signs of fatigue, but he will remain in the rotation for the foreseeable future. Sanchez will toe the rubber Saturday against the Royals, with his next start lined up for the following Saturday against Houston. There was also talk amongst the rest of the rotation, including Francisco Liriano, and the group supported the six-man ordeal, with Liriano adding that he could go to the bullpen if came to that. But for now, the Blue Jays will try it out with all six of them starting.
