Orioles' Matt Wieters: Out of lineup Thursday

Wieters is not in Thursday's lineup against the Twins, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.

Analysis:

Wieters will get a regular day off after starting the past three games behind the plate. In his place, Caleb Joseph will man the catcher's duties for Ubaldo Jimenez, while batting ninth in the order. Since returning from a foot injury that caused Wieters to miss six games, he has gone 2-for-12 with a double.
