Rays' Morrison dives into stands, takes piece of stadium with him

Be careful there, Logan Morrison. Dodger Stadium's 54 years old. You'll destroy an antique.

The Tampa Bay Rays first baseman clearly didn't care if he had to take a wrecking ball to the old yard in order to get this out. Morrison chased Howie Kendrick's pop-up and dove head-first into the stands to grab it, taking out an entire piece of the protective padding along the first-base line as he went over the railing.

His effort paid off, as Morrison held onto the ball for the out, but not before appearing to smash his head on a seat. Fortunately, he appeared no worse for wear after the hard fall.

There's no word on whether the Dodgers plan to send Morrison a bill for repairing that padding.
