Astros' Luis Valbuena: Leaves game with hamstring injury

Valbuena (hamstring) exited Tuesday's game in the second inning due to a hamstring injury, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Analysis:

Valbuena left after falling down on the way to first base, holding his leg and going to the clubhouse on his own power. The 30-year-old is day-to-day and could be back in the lineup for Wednesday's series finale against the Yankees, but it wouldn't be surprising if the team sat him out with a day off coming Thursday, while giving Alex Bregman an opportunity for another start at third base.
