After holding onto Jonathan Lucroy all season, the rebuilding Milwaukee Brewers could finally be ready to part ways with their All-Star catcher.

Trade talks involving Lucroy are reportedly intensifying as the offers are becoming more serious, according to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.

There are a number of teams looking for catching help leading into the Aug. 1 non-waiver trade deadline and Crasnick notes the Texas Rangers, Houston Astros, New York Mets, Cleveland Indians, Boston Red Sox, and a mystery team all have interest.

Lucroy has enjoyed an excellent bounce-back season after missing 59 games in 2015 with a broken toe. The 30-year-old is hitting .301/.362/.486 with 13 home runs, 16 doubles, and three triples in 92 games while throwing out 40 percent of potential base stealers. He sits second in on-base percentage and slugging among major-league catchers.

The Brewers should expect a solid return for Lucroy, as he's under contract through next season at a very friendly $5.25-million team option.
