Indians' Lonnie Chisenhall: Gets day off Tuesday

Chisenhall is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's matchup with Washington.

Analysis:

The Indians will go with switch-hitter Abraham Almonte in place of Chisenhall in order to avoid the lefty-on-lefty matchup with Gio Gonzalez on the mound for the Nats. Chisenhall has gone 8-for-33 (.242) against lefties this season.
