Blue Jays' Aaron Sanchez: Will have innings limited

Blue Jays general manager Ross Atkins said it's more likely than not that Sanchez will have his innings limited this season, Jon Morosi of MLB Network reports.

Sanchez has pitched 125.1 innings so far in 2016. Heading into the season, his highest season total was 109.2 innings in 2013. While there is no exact number of innings he will throw, the Blue Jays will be in a tough spot if they continue to stay in the playoff hunt. This will definitely be a situation to monitor, as the Blue Jays may give Sanchez extra days off between starts, put him in the bullpen or shut him down completely.
