Reds' Brandon Finnegan: Coughs up three more homers in Sunday's loss

Finnegan (5-8) allowed six runs on seven hits (including three home runs) and two walks over five innings Sunday, striking out three, to take the loss as the Reds fell 9-8 to the Diamondbacks.

Analysis:

He's now served up at least one homer in six straight starts and 22 in 111.1 innings on the season, tying him with Max Scherzer for the NL lead in that ignominious category. Finnegan's next start could offer some relief from the barrage however, as he'll take the mound Friday in pitcher-friendly Petco Park.
