Tigers' Daniel Norris: Takes pounding in second rehab start

Norris (oblique) allowed five earned runs on five hits and walked three in 4.2 innings for Triple-A Toledo on Saturday.

Analysis:

Tigers' manager Brad Ausmus had suggested Norris would rejoin the team this week after making the start Saturday, but those results could force him to reconsider. Norris may still be activated from the DL, but optioned to Toledo for more work.
