Leave it to Ken Griffey Jr. - objectively the coolest, most transcendental ballplayer who ever lived - to set the new sartorial standard for Hall of Fame induction ceremonies.

On Sunday, as Griffey unsuccessfully fought back tears at the podium in Cooperstown, "The Kid" just happened to be rocking the most fly suit in the museum's history, complete with "Class of 2016 Hall of Fame" imprints serving as pinstripes and a gold tie featuring a silhouette of the follow through on his unmistakable swing.

That suit looked particularly becoming, by the way, when Griffey flipped his Hall of Fame cap backwards at the end of his speech.
