Rays' Matt Moore: Wins behind fifth straight quality start

Moore (6-7) held the A's to three runs on four hits over seven innings Thursday, striking out six and walking two in a 7-3 win.

Analysis:

That makes five consecutive quality starts for Moore, although he's just 3-2 with a not-so-impressive 20:10 K:BB in that span. That's suggestive of the lefty getting by on smoke and mirrors, and indeed, BABIP has been on his side lately. He remains a serviceable starter for head-to-head formats, especially deeper ones, but Moore's ratios don't offer much help to owners in roto leagues.
