Orioles' Hyun Soo Kim: Could avoid DL stint

Kim (hamstring) is confident that he'll be able to avoid a stint on the disabled list, Roch Kubatko of MASN reports.

Analysis:

Kim told reporters Saturday that his hamstring is feeling much better, but he is missing his second consecutive game against the Rays. That said, the Baltimore Sun's Eduardo Encina notes that Kim may have been left out of the lineup Saturday regardless due to the fact that the Orioles are facing lefty Matt Moore. Still, there's no word at this point on whether Kim will be ready to return for Sunday's contest.
