Orioles' Hyun Soo Kim: Left game Sunday

Kim left Sunday's game in the second inning with a right hamstring injury.

Analysis:

The extent of the hamstring injury is unknown at this time. This is a disappointing ending to an otherwise fantastic first half for Kim. He started off the season not even knowing if he would make the Orioles roster but ended the first half with a .329/.413/.457 line in 151 at-bats. Kim will need to adjust to left-handed pitching (0-for-11) if he wants to become an everyday player for Baltimore in the second half. Joey Rickard replaced Kim in left field on Sunday.
