Jose Reyes appears to have rediscovered his power stroke.

The New York Mets infielder hit two solo home runs and accounted for all of his team's offense against the Washington Nationals on Sunday in a 3-2 loss.

With his initial blast leading off the bottom half of the first inning, Reyes tied teammate Curtis Granderson for the most lead-off home runs in franchise history at 17.

Reyes wasn't done there, though, as he went yard again in his very next at-bat.

The multi-homer game was the eighth of the Dominican's career and his first since 2011.

Since being promoted to the Mets after a brief stint in the minors following his signing, the 33-year-old Reyes has provided the club with three dingers and a 1.016 OPS in six games.
