Josh Donaldson celebrated the third All-Star selection of his career Tuesday with nearly 900 feet worth of home runs.

Moments after being named to the American League reserves, the Blue Jays third baseman went deep during the first inning off Royals right-hander Chris Young for the 21st home run of the season. His celebratory encore was even better.

Two innings later, Donaldson, last year's leading vote-getter, hit for the fences again with the second-furthest homer of his career, a towering 466-foot blast off Young that was also the longest by a Blue Jays player this season.
