Analysis:
The Blue Jays are going with a righty-heavy lineup Wednesday against southpaw Tyler Anderson, so Junior Lake will get a rare start in right field with Ezequiel Carrera sliding over to left field. Saunders should be back in the mix Thursday at home against righty Carlos Carrasco.
