Melvin Upton Jr. wasn't interested in letting J.J. Hardy secure his third home run of the season Tuesday as he showed some impressive hops while denying the Baltimore Orioles shortstop of the round-tripper.

After Hardy blasted a ball to deep center, Upton leaped high above the outfield fence to bring back what looked to be a sure home run, but he wasn't done there.

The 31-year-old then doubled up bewildered base runner Mark Trumbo, who was too late darting back to first base.
