One fan's souvenir nearly cost him an altercation with Texas Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre.
Or so he thought, anyways.
Beltre gave a Rangers fan a bit of a spook during the seventh inning of Sunday's game, when he chased a foul pop fly into the shallow left field stands, and reached for the fan's newly acquired ball.
Following a few moments of sheer terror, the fan realized Beltre was joking and went back to celebrating his new souvenir.
Beltre the best.
