Twins' Tyler Duffey: Strikes out eight in Sunday's win

Duffey (3-6) was dominant Sunday, giving up one run on two hits over eight innings while striking out eight in a win over the Yankees.

Analysis:

With his spot in the rotation potentially on the line following seven straight starts in which he'd given up at least four runs, Duffey stepped up with his best performance of the season. His only real mistake resulted in a solo home run by Mark Teixeira. Otherwise, Duffey might have had a shot at his first career shutout. Duffey's next start will come back at home Saturday against the Rangers.
