Orioles' Hyun Soo Kim: Out of Sunday's lineup

Kim is out of the lineup Sunday against the Rays.

Analysis:

Manager Buck Showalter will sit two of his left-handed hitting regulars, Kim and designated hitter Pedro Alvarez, with southpaw Drew Smyly on the mound for the Rays. In Kim's stead, Joey Rickard will earn a start in the corner outfield and bat second in the order.
