Twins' Kurt Suzuki: Gets day off Sunday

Suzuki is out of the lineup Sunday against the Yankees, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Analysis:

The red-hot Suzuki will be rested in favor of Juan Centeno after starting the first two games of the series, going 3-for-7 with a double and a run scored. Since the start of June, Suzuki is batting .371 with three homers, six doubles, and 14 RBI.
