Rangers' Keone Kela: Set for another bullpen session

Kela (elbow) will throw another bullpen session Sunday, Stefan Stevenson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Analysis:

Kela's 20-pitch bullpen session Friday, his first since undergoing surgery to remove a bone spur from his elbow in April, went off without a hitch. He will return to elevated ground for more work Sunday and it would seem he's on track to face live hitters before the All-Star break.
