Brewers' Ryan Braun: Not in Friday's lineup

Braun is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Nationals.

Analysis:

With two singles Wednesday, Braun extended his multi-hit game streak to three and raised his average to .320 for the season. He also struck out three times though and manager Craig Counsell seems adamant about getting Braun semi-regular rest days in hopes of preserving his health. Alex Presley will start in left field Friday.
