At the close of business Wednesday, three veteran sluggers shared the MLB lead for home runs, with Nolan Arenado, Mark Trumbo, and Todd Frazier each boasting 21 round-trippers in 2016.

On Thursday evening, Adam Duvall joined the party.

Duvall, the little-known Cincinnati Reds outfielder with eight homers and just 55 games on his MLB resume prior to this season, created a four-way tie for the MLB lead when he took San Diego Padres left-hander Christian Friedrich over the right-field wall at Great American Ball Park in the third inning Thursday.
